Dr. Bernard Mbeboh is a highly accomplished Internist, Hospitalist, and Physician Assistant with over 18 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience. Renowned for his compassion, professionalism, and dedication to excellence, he has built a strong reputation for delivering quality, patient-centered care while fostering collaboration among patients, families, and interdisciplinary medical teams.

He currently serves as the CEO of Reliant Home Health Inc. in Maryland and is the Founder & Medical Director of PrimeCare Internal Medicine Associates — a mission-driven practice committed to preventive medicine, continuity of care, and equitable access to healthcare. Dr. Mbeboh holds an MD from the University of Science, Arts and Technology (Montserrat), an M.Sc. in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University, and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Buea. He also earned a Certificate in Population Health and Health Equity from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.

Dr. Mbeboh completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Authority Health GME Consortium in Detroit, Michigan, where he served as Internal Medicine Chief Resident. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).

Throughout his career, Dr. Mbeboh has served as a Hospitalist Physician across multiple hospitals in Maryland, providing comprehensive inpatient medical care, leading hospitalist teams, and collaborating with specialists to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

With the establishment of PrimeCare Internal Medicine Associates, Dr. Mbeboh brings his extensive hospitalist experience into outpatient care — ensuring that patients receive compassionate, evidence-based, and continuous medical support across all care settings. He maintains multiple state and national licenses and certifications, including those from the ECFMG, Maryland and Michigan Boards of Medicine, and the DEA, and is an active member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
